Rental terms and conditions

Accommodation of children under 7 years in additional bed is free of charge.
The tourist tax is included in the price.
VAT is not included in the price because this service is not VAT taxable.
Reservation must be paid on the first day of arrival of the guest, if not, the host has a right to keep guest's personal document (passaport, personal ID...) until reservation is paid in full.
Check in: after 03:00 PM, check out: before 10:30 AM. Lost key fee: 20€.
Smoking in the apartment ( allowed on the balcony ), organizing party's or staying more people than has been agreed shall be regarded as violation of the conditions of the lease.
